In anatomy, ‘proximal’ means closer to the center of the body. As a dyslexic-thinker, my brain primarily relies on visualizations and imagery to understand and process information. Visual art is central to my identity.

 

Dyslexia enhances the depth of my creativity, and making art improves my mindset and benefits my growth as an individual. On the other hand, dyslexia can disrupt the senses, challenging what I see, hear, and subsequently, what I experience. I'm here to blend these vantage points. I am the Sensory Disruption Artist.
